Sir,—Will you kin ly inform me whether proceedings in Bankruptcy canbo conducted in the District Court, what I mean Mr. Editor is, can I file a declaration of insolvency in the court held by Mr. Gray, and thus save the expense of a journey to Dunedin, and is there any solicitor in the district who can act for me.
