WHO ARE ELIGIBLE AS JURORS.

(TO THE EDITOR OF THE DUXSTAN TIMES.) Sir,-1 have noticed that upon nearly every occasion of a Jury being empanelled for Clyde, one or more hired servants have been of the number. I would suggest to those whose duty it is o summon Jurors, to direct their attention to ligilde Jurors whose time is their own, and not to those, who are not masters of their own actions during the hours that Juries are engaged upon any inquiry, therefore in my opinion ineligible By giving insertion to the above, You will oblige, Yours &c. A JUROR.
