SUFFICIENT Proof having; been shown to me that all that portion ofthe Otago Goldfields described in the Schedule hereunto ■ annexed has been fairly tested, and is either wholly or for the greater part of an inferior character as regards its gold deposits, I hereby give notice that the same may be occupied *■_ by holders of miners’ rights in claims of the under mentioned size, namely ; One acre for each holder of a miner’s right, provided that no block claim shall comprise more than six acres altogether.
