SUFFICIENT Proof having; been shown to me that all that portion ofthe Otago Goldfields described in the Schedule hereunto ■ annexed has been fairly tested, and is either wholly or for the greater part of an inferior character as regards its gold deposits, I hereby give notice that the same may be occupied *■_ by holders of miners’ rights in claims of the under mentioned size, namely ; One acre for each holder of a miner’s right, provided that no block claim shall comprise more than six acres altogether. Schedule. : That portion of the Otago Goldfields situate on the east' bank of the river Molyneux at Alexandra, bounded on the south by the lagoon the property of the Manuherikia Ground Sluicing Company, on the north by the island opposite the mouth of the Fraser river, on the west by the river Molyneux, and on the east by a line extending two hundred and fifty yards back from high-water mark. NOTICE. r THereby give notice that I have this *- day applied to the Warden at Black’s for- two Leases of Land for Agricultural Purposes, situate in the Tiger Hill Survey .District, being that area fronting the main road to Clyde, near Golden Gate Race and junction of Drybread road, and comprising one hundred acres or thereabouts, in ac cordance with the Agricultural Leases Regulations of the l‘2ih day of February, 1868, made under the Goldfields Act, 18GG. I Hereby give notice that I have this day applied to the Warden at Black’s for a Lease of Land for Agricultural Purposes, situate in the Tiger Hill Survey District, being that area fronting the main road to Clyde, near Golden Gate Pace and junction of Drybread road, and comprising fifty acres or thereabouts, in accordance with the Agricultural Leases Regulations of the 12th day of February, 1868, made under the Goldfields Act, 1860.
