Three entries to be made for each race or the nubile money will not be given ; am another race may be substituted. No person to enter or nominate a hors unless he be a subscriber of not less thathree sovereigns to the funds. Moreover no person to enter or nominate a horse no his hnna fide property, unless the said suh scription of three sovereigns he paid for th actual owner also ; under forfeiture of am race such horse may win.
