CONSOLATION HANDICAP : —Sovs. —One and a halt miles. For all beaten horses. RULES ANi' REGULATION The rules of the Otago Jockey Club wi! be enforced. Three entries to be made for each race or the nubile money will not be given ; am another race may be substituted. No person to enter or nominate a hors unless he be a subscriber of not less thathree sovereigns to the funds. Moreover no person to enter or nominate a horse no his hnna fide property, unless the said suh scription of three sovereigns he paid for th actual owner also ; under forfeiture of am race such horse may win. No entry will he received for anv of th races except upon this- condition -That al ■disputes, claims and objections .arising ou of the racing shall be decided by the stew aHs, or a majority of them ; and their' de cisions upon all points connected with th carrying out of the above Programme shal be final.
