Sir, —As aCouncillor for the South Ward, an. in justice to my constituents, I challenge the whole of the Council to meet me at the next usual meeting (or at a special meeting if requ red) to discuss openly an t fairly the agitating questions on the Town Hall, the Rate to b struck on assessment, and the expenditure of the ratepayers’ money.
