NOTICE In the matter of the Resident Magistrate's Court of the Otago Gold fields sitting at Clyde, and of the " Resident Magistrates Court Act. 1867. Jurisdiction in the above Court having been extended to Fifty pounds sterling. Notice is hereby given that Summonses in the said Extended Jurisdiction can be obtained at any of the Courts in the Dunstan division of the District the same being made returnable at the Court at Clyde, during the present month on the 29th instant and during the month of October on the 15th and 28th.
