'GoldMds Department, Clyde, •Sept. 4, 1868. r TOLDERS and occupiers of Water L Races in the Dunstan District including the divisions of Clyde, Cromwell, Nevis, Alexandra, and Blacks, are hereby notified that they will be required to construct an efficient bridge or culvert in conformity •with the Goldfields' Regulations, wherever any such race crosses or intersects any road in ordinary use, unless satisfactory reasons for special exemption are adduced to the Warden. IUFFICIENT proof having been O shown to me that that portion of the Otago Goldfields described in the schedule hereuuto annexed has been fairly tested, and is either wholly or for the greater part of an inferior character as regards the value of its gold deposits, I hereby give notice that the same may be occupied by holders of miner's rights in claims of the undermentioned size, namely:—One acre for each holder of a miner's right, provided that no block claim shall comprise more than six acres altogether.
