ALEXANDRA, Monday, Aug. 31. (Before Vincent Pyke, Esq,, It.M., and J. D. Feraud, Esq., J.P.) , T. Hobson v. J. Lord and M. Began. — Assault. From the evidence adduced it ! was proved that an assault had been committed. Fined 40s. each, 10s. expenses, and costs. j J. Lord v. T, Hobson and M. Began v. some.—These were contra summonses arising out of the above case. Both were dismissed. e Irviu v. Chamock.— Claim £7 10s. Gas j dismissed. Rivers v. Wilson.—Claim£ls 10s.
