COPE k FACHE have received instructions from SubInspector Dalgleish, for the Curator of Intestate Estates, to Sell by Public Auction, at the Police Camp, Alexandra, as above, the following valuable MINING PEOPERTTES, In one or more lots, to suit purchasers, viz.;— The whole of the Right, Title, and Interest (it any) of the deceased Edmund Wellington Jones in and to Fifteen WaterRaces, with rights held under " Registration Certificates," to twenty-three heads of water, the said races heading from the Earnscleugh River and from Blackman's and Conroy's Gullies, and terminating at or near Alexandra, on the west bank of the Molyneux. Also, The whole of the Right, Title, and interest (if any) of the deceased Edmund Wellington Jones in and to the WaterRace known as the Rose, Thistle, and Shamrock WaterRace, with a right, held under "Registration Certificate," to heads of water. Full particulars and description of the above rights can be obtained on application to the Sergeants of Police at Alexandra and Clyde ; or to Messrs. Cope and Fache, Clyde. The above mining properties being the most valuable in the Dunstan district, the auctioneers confidently invite the attention ot miners and the same. On the same day, at 1 sharp, At Grange Farm, Conroy's Gully. The whole of the Right, Title, and Interest (if any) of the deceased Edmund Wellington Jones in and to all that section of land known as Grange Farm, situate at the foot of Conroy's Gully, comprising about forty acres , together with the sub-stantially-buiit stone and iron dwelling-house thereon, weather board stable, and other outbuildings, the whole enclosed by a good sod wall, and there are also some partition fences of wire with iron standards. (Particulars of title at time of sale.) Also the Farm Produce, Implements, Horses, &c, as fol. lows:— One Stack of Oaten Hay, about eight tons (more or less). Five acres of potatoes, in the ground. A quantity of Barley and Peas. Four bags of Guano. Two coils Fencing Wire and thirty Iron Standards. Ploughs, Harrows, Roller, and other Implements.
