Sectio-. 38, Block XXIIL, ad. joining the above, having a frontage of twenty feet by a depth of about one hundred and eighty feet, with building thereon, known as Goodwin and Barlow's Photographic Gallery. Sections36and 37, Block XXIIL, adjoining; frontage thirty-eight feet, depth one hundred and eighty feet. Sections 3 and 4, coiner of Sun. derland and Longstone streets, being half an acre in extent. Photographic Plant, replete with every article necessary for carrying on a first-rate photograph ic business in all its details. The entire Stock of Jewellery and Fancy Ware, comprising English and Geneva Gold and Silver Lever and other Watches, Gold Guard and Albert Chains, Necklets, Rings, Brooches, Earrings, Pins, Lockets, Seals and Keys, Bracelets, Charms, ic, Mostly of Goodwin and Barlow's own manufacture; also Clocks, Thermometers, Field, glasses, Compasses, Albums, Spectacles, Magnifying glasses, Goggles, Ladies' Companions, Coral Bells, Sextant, and other Ai-ticles, to numerous to particularise in an advertisement. A large Stock of Jet, Leather, Steel, and hair goods. Household Furniture, Gold-scales, Lamps, Glass Show-cases &c. The whole MUST be SOLD, Without the [Slightest Reserve.
