Section 39 A, Block XXIIL, having a frontage to SunderIn nd-street of ten feet, with a depth of about one hundred and eighty feet, together with the Building thereon, know as Goodwin and Barlow's Jewellers' Shop. Sectio-. 38, Block XXIIL, ad. joining the above, having a frontage of twenty feet by a depth of about one hundred and eighty feet, with building thereon, known as Goodwin and Barlow's Photographic Gallery. Sections36and 37, Block XXIIL, adjoining; frontage thirty-eight feet, depth one hundred and eighty feet. Sections 3 and 4, coiner of Sun. derland and Longstone streets, being half an acre in extent. Photographic Plant, replete with every article necessary for carrying on a first-rate photograph ic business in all its details.
