In the Matter of the SHAG RIVER WATER RACE COMPANY (Registered) and oftheMINING COMPANIES LIMITED LIABILITY ACT an Order made by his Houor th e Judge of the District Court of the Otago Goldfields, in the above "Matter, dated the 18th day of September, 1867, on the petition of James Hamilton, of Maniatoto Plains, Otago, New Zealand, sheep farmer, and others, it was, inter alia, ordered as follow*, that is to say: It is hereby ordered that the Shag River Water Race Company (Registered) be Wound up forthwith, under the provisions of 'The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865," by the Official Agent in and for the Mining District of the Otago Goldfields; and it is further ordered that all parties Claiming to be Creditors of the above named Company do prove their Claims by affidavit, to be filed with the Clerk of the Court at Clyde aforesaid on or before Tuesday, the 7th January 1868.
