Feraud, Esq., J.R, Mayor, has tendered his resignation, and that such resignation has been accepted, in maintenance of the welfare and advance mentofthe town and district, desire whom we believe will fulfil the duties of the office with credit alike to himself, its high position, and the requirements of your requisionists.
