In the Matter of the SHAG PIVER WATER - BAOE COMPVNY (Registered) and oftheMlNING COMPANIES LIMITED LIABILITY ACT 1865. the Otago Goldfields, in the above Matter, dated the 18th day of September, 1867, on the petition of James Hamilton, of Maniototo Plains, Otago, New Zealand, sheep farmer, and others, it was, inter alia, ordered as follows, that is to say: 11 is hereby ordered that the Pbag River Water Race Company (Registered) be Woundup forthwith, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited liability Act, 1805," by the Official Agent in and for the Mining District of the Otago Goldfields; and it is further ordered that all parties Claiming to be Creditors of the abovenamed Company do Piwe their Claims by affidavit, to be filed with the Clerk of the Court at Clyde aforesaid, on or before Tuesday, the sth of November next: And it is further ordered that Monday, the 18th day of November next, at the Court House at Clyde aforesaid, be the time and place for adjudicating ou such claims.
