NEVIS.

v (FROM A CORRESPONDENT.) Nevis, June 11, 1867. The Frost King has held undoubted sway here for the last three weeks, in fact, all the races and c'aims are completely frostbound, and mining operations are totally suspended for a season, unless a sudden thaw takes place. Many of the miners are leaving for the Molynetix until the advent of spriDg, when one and all will return to their claims to renew operations. It is anticipated that the ensuing spring will be a most prosperous one, as many claims will then be in full working-order, which has hitherto been unproductive, on account of the extensive preliminary works necessary, prior to opening up new ground.
