Sir, —I much admire the candor of Mr. Macandrew when, at his meeting at Clyde, he expressed hisviews with regard 11 the i>pprop i t n f he L.30,000 stated to be in the Treasury. He u:isophistically stated that it would not remain here long were he Superintendent. "Vide "Daily Times" for the past fortnight. I am, &c., NEMO.
