Three entries to be made for each race or the public money will not be given, and another race may be substituted. No person to enter or nominate a horse •unless he be a subscriber of not ltss than three sovereigna to the funds. Moreover, so person to enter or nominate a horse not his bona-fide property, unless the said subscription of three sovereigns be paid for the actual owner also, under forfeiture of any race such horse may vriu. No entry w»ll be received for any of the ra?es except upon this condition :—That ■ll disputes, claims and objections, arising siat of the raoing, shall be decided by the {Stewards, or a majority of them, whose decisions upon all points connected with the Carrying out of the above Programme shall bs final.
