Schedule to Stamp duties Bill passed. Government tried to enforce fresh reading. Bill repealing 41st Clause Municipal Council's Empowering Act, compelled to adjournment. Sentence of death passed on Sullivan, committed to penal-servitude for life. Governor has signed warrants for the execution of Burgess, Kelly and Levy. Captain Baldwin, M.H.R., arrived in Dunedin yesterday per steamer, from Wellington.
