One mile and a half. BULES AND REGULATIONS. No entries will be received except on these conditions: —That all disputes, clpims, and objections arising out of the laces shall be decided by the Stewprds, or by a majority of them, whose e'ec'sion upon all points connected with the cairying out of the above programme shall be final. Three horses to start or the public money ■will not be given. No person to enter or nominate a horse unless he be a subscriber of not less than 3/. 3s. lo the race fund. Moreover no person to enter or nominate a horse not his bon?.fide property unless the said subscription of il. 3s. be paid for the actual owner also, under penalty of forfeiture of any race such horse may win. The Dunstan district to include an area of fifcy miles. All enti-ies to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, at the Dunstan Hotel, Clyde, on or before the 14th of February, at 8 p.m. Entrance-money to be enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree (if known), name of owner, and colors of rider. Otago Jocl£ey"CluTj"rules will be strictly adhered to. All dogs found on the course will be destroyed. Five per cent, will be deducted from all winners for expenses.
