TTPON CHRISTMAS EVE the Rev U Father Reicrnier will celebrate the Fiftieth Anniversary of his ordination to the Priesthood. Considering- his long residence in New Zealand, and his continued labors in this district in the cause of Religion and Charity, it has been thought proper that his Jubilee should not be allowed to pass without some fitting recognition of bisworth. It is intended to present him with a Testimonial and a Purse of Sovereign?, such presentation to talce place at a Picnic which will bo held at Meanee on or about NEW YEAR'S DAY. The co-operation of all friends is invitod. Collectors have been appointed for various districts, who will canvass for subscriptions. Subscriptions will also bo received by Mr. P. O'Shannassy, Hon.
