FIRES.
Wellington, This day,
Mr R. A. Wakelihes's house, Greytown, was burned down on Thursday. The fire is supposed to have been caused by a spark from the mill. The house was insured- for £300 and the furniture for £200. The hospital in the vicinity was on fire five times but was saved by the brigade. ' . Wanoanui, This day. X ' A shed used as a wash-house in the rear of the residence of Mr G. Brooking, Town
