PARIS.
November 23. The increasing discontent which of late has been manifest among a large number of persons out of employment in this city culminated to-day in open and prolonged rioting. The civil police proved powerless to quell the disturbance and disperse the rioters, and it was found necessary to call out the cavalry to clear the streets. One hundred persons haro since been arrested.
