LONDON.
October 17. It is reported that the Hungarian, who was arrested at Liverpool with dynamite in his possession, is innocent, and has been released from custody. An attempt was made yesterday to blow up the grand stand on the Houghton racecourse. A tin, containing dynamite, was found on the spot with a burned fuse attached, but it had failed to ignite the explosive, and the attempt'therefore failed.
