DIVORCE CASE.
Auculand, this day. A divorce case, Mouldcn v. Moulden, is fixed for trial at the next civil sittings of the Supreme Court. The petitioner claims divorce on the allegation of his wife's adultery with two persons named Corbett and Young, the latter of whom is as yet undefended. Mrs Mouldcn is the eldest daughter of Mr J. M. M'Cattie, and for many years past has beeu living apart from her husband, the cause being incompatability of disposition. The respondent and the co-respondent Corbett strenuously deny tho allegation of adultery. The petitioner, who describes himself as a settler, has been away from Auckland for some time, and only recently returned. His wife at once sued him for maintenance, and the Court made an order upon him for contribution to his wife's support.
