At a meeting of the Executive Council of tho New Zealand Rifle Association it was decided to hold the next prize firing meeting at Wellington. Invercargill, This day. A meeting of officers of the Garrison last night endorsed the action of the Oamaru Garrison in reference to meeting for colonial prize firing iv both islands. The members for the district are to bo requested to give the movements support in Parliament. The annual training week of the Southland Hussars begins on November 241h. Several visitors are expected to attend from tho North.
