BREACH OF STAMP ACT.
Wanganui, This clay. Mr. Joseph Paul, the well-known draper, was sued for a breach of the Stamp Act today. The evidence showed that' he had given a statement of monthly accounts and credited payments made. Mr. Ward, R M., did not consider that a receipt, and dismissed the information.
