Wednesday, The Council met at 2.30 p.m. MR. PHARAZYN'S CASE. The Colonial Secretary said the Government had no intention of taking any steps respecting Mr. Pharazyn. The Council had control of its own members. TENSIONS BILL. The Pensions Bill was read a second time.
