LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. Thursday. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. QUESTIONS. In reply to questions, the Colonial Secretary said that tho Government had no intention this session to repeal tho Crown and Native Lands Rating Act, and the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, nor to repeal or modify the Thermal Springs Act. GREYJtOUTII HARBOR WORKS. On the motion of Mr Lahmanu, a return was ordered showing the expenditure out of loan on the Greymouth harbor Avorks during the financial years 18S2-83 and 1883-84.
