TURIROA, AVAIROA, 9500 ACRES, FREEHOLD, CROAVN GRANT.This property will be offered in the following lots, viz., 2 lots of 10 acres each, 1 do 20 acres, 2 do 25 acres each, 1 do each 34, 7G, 80, 93, 100, 112, 170, 193, 232, 250, 400, 450, 490, GOO, 650, 900, 1100, 1211, and 1250 acres respectively, the smaller lots commencing at the Wairoa Town boundary. The greater part of the Land is rich agricultural wide open valleys purchased some years ago so as to command tho hills that they surrounded, then the property of the Crown, now an endowment to the High School. The Governors of that Board intend selling, at tho same time, their endowment Land, 10,000 acres, in lots so arranged that they will work well in with the divisions of the Turiroa Estate, so that, with the exception of the few lots adjoining the Town, the purchasers of all the other lots will be ablo to purchase a portion of the Hill Lands behind them. The sheep will not be sold till after shearing, the sale of the land being fixed for 3rd October, and of the sheep on the 28th November, in lots to suit purchasers. Note.—Every block has been selected with the greatest care, so as to form convenient and easy worked homesteads. The reserves will be almost nominal, as the property must absolutely be sold. Every attention will be given to visitsrs wishing to inspect the property. Also goodwill of 585 acres Leasehold and 23 acres Education Reserve Leasehold near Wairoa. Terms— 10 per cent, deposit, the balance of onethird Cash on execution of deeds at date of delivery, balance in three years bearing 7 per cent, per annum.
