It has transpired that the announcement that Dr. Busch, Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, was about to proceed to Egypt is without foundation. It is officially announced that Dr. Heinrich Karl Brugoch, the eminent philosophist and Egyptologist, has been entrusted with a special mission to Teheran.
