TURIROA, WAIROA, 9500 ACRES, FREEHOLD, CROWN GRANT.— This property AA'ill be offered in 10 rural farms, lots varying from 60 to 250 acres each, and 9 lots ranging from 400 to 1300 acres, the smaller lots commencing at the Wairoa ToAvn boundary. The greater part of the Land is rich agricultural wide open A'alleys purchased some years ago so as to command the hills that they surrounded, then the property of the Crown, now an endoAvment to the High School.
