MELBOURNE.
Thursday. In the Legislative Assembly this evening Mr Berry stated that the doctor at the Sanatorium had pronounced the disputed case of disease to be undoubted small-pox. Mr Berry added that the Government proposed to replace Dr. Youll at an early date. (Received July 25, 1.40 p.m.) This day. Jewel has been scratched for the Melbourne Cup.
