IN pursuance of the Regulation of Elections Act, 18S1, I, John Grubb, Returning Officer for tho Electoral District of Napier, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the Twenty-seventh day of Juno, 1884, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will bo held for the return of one qualified person to serve as Member for the said Electoral District, ani that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at tho Old Provincial Council Chamber, Napier, at noon, on the Fifteenth day of July, 18S4, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the Polling Place of the said district on the Twentysecond day of July, 1884.
