REFORM FRANCHISE BILL PASSED HOUSE OF COMMONS. ANGLO - FRENCH CONVENTION RATIFIED BY FRENCH CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES. FALL OF BERBER OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED. (Received June 23, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON. Juno 27. In tho House of Lords last night Lord Carnarvon gave notice that he would on Tuesday next move a vote of censure on the Government for their Egyptian policy in conncition with the Anglo-French agreement. The Reform Franchise Bill was again tinder consideration in the House of Commons Inst night, and passed before the House rose.
