At to-day's wool ituoiiou o firm tone again prevailed. The catalogue comprised 12,800 bales. The cargo of frozen mutton, comprising 3298 carcases, ex steamship Chimborazo. from Melbourne, has been landed in excellent condition. Prime Now Zealand mutton is now realising s|d to s|d per lb. The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company pays a dividend for the last half-year at the rate of five per cent per annum. (Received May 26, 0.50 a.m.) May 24.
