The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency' Company of New Zealand reports of the local grain market as follows:— Wheat, per bushel, 3s lid to 4s, prices are barely maintained; malting biiricy, 4s to 4s 9d, with market rather weaker; New Zenlnnd oats are depressed, feeding qualities realising 23 Gd to 2s 9d, and milling ditto 2s 10d to 3s; Now Zealand oats, under bond, are in fair demand at 2e 3d to 2s 7d.
