THE attention of ' Owners of Dogs is directed to Section 4 of "The Dog Registration Act, 1880," which is as follows:— "'.'' "Any person who shall keep any Dog within the Colony of a greater age than six months, for a period of fourteen days, without causing such Dog to be Registered, and such Registration to be made again from year to year, shall be liable to a penalty of Five Pounds for every such Dog, over and above the amount'of any fee payable in respect of the Registration of such Dog." The Registration of Dogs within the Town District of Hastings commenced on the 4th inst.
