Wellington, This day.

The Was!cyan Conference picnic was held yesterday, and was very successful, 400 being present. At the Conference this morning tho foreign mission fund was reviewed. The secretary read the income for the past year, the result being as follows: —Auckland district, £131 13s 9d ; Wanganui, £20 11s Id; Wellington, £U 19s 9d ; Nelson, £21 3s Gd; Canterbery, £122 12s sd; Ot-ago, £28 Os 7d. Arrangements were made for the visit of Dr Kelynack to tho colony for the advocacy of the fund. The question of transfer of church property is now under consideration.
