Dunedin, This day,
At a meeting of the creditors of George R. AVest, the debtor stated that his losses since 1879 amounted to £4163. The assets were £7316, and the liabilities £4674. A deed of arrangement was agreed to, West to be allowed time to mako an offer.
Twelve declarations of insolvency were filed during the holidays, including HenryScott, publican, with debts amounting to £4636, and assets £3970.
