Both Houses of Parliament have been adjourned until January 15, when the financial statement will be introduced in the Legislative Assembly. ('Received December 2t, O.Jo a.m.)
The death is announced of Judge Moynonth, aired 75. (Received December 21, 2.10 p.m. V This day.
In the libel action Cook versus Larnaeh the jury were unable to agree upon a verdict, and were discharged. The weather in Sydney to-day is extremely hot.
