(Before Mr P. A. F. Birch, Registrar.) lie Henry Selig, a debtor. —On the motion of Mr Lascelles an order of discharge was granted to the debtor. lie John Thomas Cassin, a debtor —Mr Logan applied for an order of discharge. Granted as asked.

lie Sargisson and Co., arranging debtors. —Mr Cornford moved for an order declaring the deed to be completely executed. Order granted as asked.

lie R. W. Chapman, an arranging debtor. —Mr Lascelles moved for an order declaring the deed to be completely executed, and the order was granted. Several applications for orders for costs out of various estates were then dealt with, after which the Court adjourned.
