RACING INTELLIGENCE.
The attention of racing men is onco more drawn to the fact that entries close this evening for tho three pi'incipal events of our autumn meeting. The following acceptances and genoral entries for the Woodthorpo races wore received by the secretary at Pukotapu on Saturday evening:— Handicap Hurdles.—MrGilpin'sPastinio, Mr Mason's Heretaunga.
Maiden Plate.—Mr Broughton's Hurricane, Mr Gilpin's Pastimo, Mr Beamish'a Waewaetika.
Woodthorpo Handicap.—Ml , Reihana's The Laird, Mr Mason's Heretaunga. Welter Race—Mr Peacock's Assagai, Mr Beamish , s Erewhon and Waewaetika.
