Tho Union Steamship Company's s.s. Waihora, from Melbourne and Southern ports, which left Wellington at 7.30 p.m. yesterday, was signalled when our report left tho Spit, but tho launch -would return from her too late for us to furnish our renders with a list of her passengers. The Waihora brings some. 65 tuns of cargo for this port, which will be lightered by the ketch Admiral. Tho outward mails and passengers arc to leave the wharf at 5 p.m., tho steamer getting away for the North shortly afterwards. Tho steamer Weka, Capt. John Campbell, got back from Blackhead at 7-30 p.m. yesterday, bringing GO bales of uudumped and 150 bales of damped wool, which hitter she transhipped to the ship Waikato this iu_*The ketch Lucy James sailed at 11 o'clock this day for Poverty Bay, with a cargo of 30 tons of coal and GOO fencing posts and strainers. The steamer Maori, Capt. Anderson, returned from Wairoa at 0 o'clock last night, with somo wool and passengers. The fore-and-aft schooner Saucy Kate, Capt. Lewis, sailed in ballast at noon today for Whangarei. The Union Company's steamer Te Anau left Auckland for Southern ports aud Melbourne at noon yesterday, having 30 tons of cariro on board for hero. She is duo in tho roadstead by daylight iv the morning, and after transhipping her cargo to the lighter Three Brother., is announced to steam on her passage at 10 a m. The .steamer ,Sir Donald will bo leaving again for Blackhead on Sunday evening. °Tho ship Wairoa., Capt. Holbeche, was expected to sail for London early this afternoon, and should make a good start, having a capital breeze. A largo square-rigged vessel was beating up the bay this morning, which will probably prove to bo tho barque Helen Denny from Auckland. [by telegraph.] Wellington, This day. Tho three-masted s.hoon.r May sailed for Singapore last evening. Among her cargo there was a large number of old rifles, and also a quantity of ammunition. Dunepin, This day. Sailed, Nelson for London.
