No entry will be received for any race except upon tho condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by tho necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not' later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates, except where otherwise stated. The rules and weights of tho Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will bo strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
