Kerferd; South Australia, Hon. J. C. Bray and Hon. J. W. Drowner ; Western Australia, Hon M. Fraser; Tasmania, Hon. W. R. Giblin and Hon. N. J. Brown ; New Zealand, Hon. F. Whitakcr and Hon. 11. A. Atkinson.
