SUPREME COURT SITTINGS.
New .Plymouth, This day. In the Supreme Court yesterday the following cases wore disposed of:—John Paul was acquitted of the charge of larceny. Murty Collins was convicted on the charge of shooting a bullock at Stratford, aud was bouud over to come up for sentence in twelve months' time. John Paul, convicted of housebreaking, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, Waiteha and Mateha, for shooting a cow at Oakura, were sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
