MYSTERIOUS SHOOTING OUTRAGE.

Christchurch, This clay. Yesterday afternoon the Hon. W. Robinson found that a bullet had passed through the wall of his drawing-room at about four feet from the ground, and after striking the door post crossed the hall and buried itself in the wall of the dining-room. Fortunately the room was unoccupied at the time. It is stated that several shots were fired through Park Crescent, where Mr Robinson's house is situated, in a crowded neighborhood.
