MOVEMENTS OF THE PREMIER.

Major Atkinson, the Premier, left for New Plymouth this morning. It is expected that he will be absent about eight or ten days. Major Atkinson, after visiting New Plymouth, proceeds from there to Auckland in the Hinemoa. The Hinemoa then returns to New Plymouth to bring down His Excellency the Governor.
