Mr and Mrs Goodyear and child and Mr Ratcliffe. 22—Kiwi, s.s., for Wellington und the coast. . 0 The outward passengers were taken out to the Union Company's steamer Ringarooma at 4 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, the steamer proceeding on her passage for Southern ports and Melbourne at 5 p.m. She is telegraphed as having arrived in Wellington at 11.20 p.m. pesterday. The Union Company'sstcamcr Wairarapa, Capt. Chatfiold, arrived in harbor from Southern ports and Melbourne at 1.30 p.m. on Saturday and was at once-tendered for cargo by the ketch Admiral, and the steamer Sir Donald for live stock, which consisted of five horses outwards and three bulls and one horse inwards. The Boojnm tendered as usual for mails and passengers, but owing to the freshet in the rivers increasing the strength of the flood tide she was unable to get alongside the breastwork until 3.30 p.m , and then only when the greater part of her passongors had been landed on the western mole. The outward mails and passengers were taken oft' at 0.30 p.m., the Wairarapa, however, not resuming her passago until 10 p.m. She is telegraphed as having arrived at Gisborno at G o'clock this morning. There is a heavy sea reported to bo running on the Wairoabar, so that the steamers Maori and Manaia will not bo leaving tonight. The steamer Kiwi, Captain James Campbell, did not take her departure for Wellington via the coast until noon to-day. The Union Company's steamer Taiaroa, Captain Parsons, from Duncdin, Lyttelton, and Wellington, arrived at the anchorage at noon on Sunday, having left the latter port at 1.20 p.m. on the 20th. She was tendered in the bay by the steamer Sir Donald for her cargo, consisting of 2o tons of general goods, and one liorso outwards. The outward mails and passengers were taken off by the Boojnm shortly after 4 o'clock, the Taiaroa getting away for Gisbornc, Tauranga, and Auckland at 0 p.m. She is reported as having arrived at the former place at G o'clock this morning. Messrs Shaw Savill and the Albion Company's barque Pleiades, Captain Settcn, from London via Lyttelton, arrived in the bay early yesterday afternoon, and was boarded and brought up to the anchorage by the pilot at about 3 p.m. She reports having left Lyttelton hist Thursday afternoon, and to having been hove-to for sixteen hours during the trip, on account of the heavy southerly weather experienced. Besides 200 tons of original cargo from London for various consignees, the Pleiades brings 240 sacks of potatoes consigned to Messrs Kinross and Co., her agents, and 500 sacks of oats for Mr John Orr. After discharging her cargo she will be placed on the berth to load produce for London, thus making the third of this Company's vessels already waiting in the bay for this purpose.
