Second appearance of the Court Ministrels in Oddfellows' Hall, Waipawa, to-night A special train loaves Waipukurau for Waipawa at 7.30, free return tickets being issued to patrons of the entertainment. Tho Loyal Napier Lodge of Oddfellows hold their regular fortnightly meeting this evening , at 8 o'clock, at the usual place. The Artillery and Rifle Volunteers parade for government inspection in front of the Athenamm at 7.15 to-night.
Messrs Banner and Liddlo hold a sale of stationery, books, Sec, at their rooms at 11 a.m. to-morrow, and at 2 p.m. dispose of a town section in Clive, with two-roomed house thereon.
The annual meeting of the Union Rowing Club is convened for Thursday evening at the Provincial Hotel.
A trained certificated master for the Clivo district school is wanted.
Shearing commences at tho Maraekakaho station on Tuesday next.
Messrs Ruddock and Fryer have the largest and best assorted stock of ironmongery in Hawke's Bay at prices lower than ever.
Mr James Sidey has suburban section No 59, with stables thereon, for sale.
Mr J. M. Macdonakl has several firstclass hacks, light harness, and spring cart horses for sale.
Tho Clydesdale entire Prince Royal stands this season at Papakura. Mr Caniell takes photographs instantaneously at his studio in Shakespeare road. A number of new advertisements will bo found in our " "Wanted " column.
