The Otago Meat Freezing Company Avas formed on Saturday. The articles of association Avere adopted and the permanent directors appointed. o\-er 4GOO shares have so far been applied for by 356 applicants. It has been started because of the success of the other local company, the New Zealand Meat Freezing Company, Avhich sends Homo only shareholders' mutton, thus shutting out a largo number of producers.
